We hope you will find this site informative and that it will give you a better understanding of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and its implementation at the United States Postal Service.

Our online portal provides registered users the ability to submit their requests electronically, check status of their request at any time, and to receive responsive documents to their private reading room for viewing or downloading purposes.

Check the Status of your Request

If you are a registered user of the Online Portal Sign In to check the status of your request.  Signing in provides a complete listing of all requests submitted to the USPS regardless of how they were submitted; electronically, mail, fax, etc.

If you are not a registered user or you just want to get a quick status update on your request click on Request Status in the toolbar.  To check the status of your request you will need the request tracking number provided by the USPS FOIA Office.
